Phillips’ Mill Art Talk features Luiz Vilela, tonight at 7 p.m. Vilela is the 2022 Honored Artist for the Phillips’ Mill Juried Art Show. Vilela studied architecture at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and illustration at Pratt Institute in New York. He also studied with Nelson Shanks at Studio Incamminati and worked at Golden Books and Random House. He’s an award-winning artist who’s exhibited at Phillips’ Mill for many years.
