Posted

Interested in learning a new skill, increasing existing skills or having an educational night out?

Middle Bucks Institute of Technology is offering evening courses for adults.

Adults can enroll in courses such as Automotive Repair, SolidWorks, Dental Assisting, and HVAC to name a few. Computer based classes now include CompTIA A+ Network Security, Intro to Microsoft Office, Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office, Intro to Excel, and Intermediate/Advanced Excel.

New classes introduced this session include Learning Eyelash Extensions, General Automotive Knowledge, Makeup Application, and a variety of international culinary classes including Fruit Tarts and much more.

MBIT also offers two different online learning options – Advanced Career Training or Fundamentals Courses. Advanced Career Training can assist in preparing someone for a new career or a recognized certification. These courses offer a flexible way to learn with open enrollments. Each course also comes with a dedicated student advisor.

Fundamentals Courses will assist with learning specific personal and/or professional skills. MBIT offers two options to learn the Fundamentals Courses – instructor-led courses or self-guided courses. In the instructor-led courses, students study over a six-week schedule and courses start monthly.

For the independent learner, the self-paced courses provide access to all lessons immediately.

Classes are now forming for courses offered starting in February at MBIT.

Information and course descriptions are available at mbit.org under the Adult Education tab.
