Mary Fahl returns to New Hope Winery

Singer-songwriter Mary Fahl, formerly of October Project, appears at 8 p.m. Feb. 23, at the New Hope Winery, 26123 Lower York Road, New Hope.

Fahl first achieved fame as lead singer and co-founder of the mid-1990s folk-chamber pop group.

As a solo artist, she has released several albums, including the re-working of Pink Floyd’s “Dark Side of the Moon” for V2 Records and her original studio album, “The Other Side of Time,” on Sony Odyssey.

She has also written and performed songs for several major motion pictures. Her most recent album, “Live at the Mauch Chunk Opera House,” was a winner of the Indie Acoustic “Album of the Year” award.

Fahl recently released a limited edition EP, “Four Songs,” a collection of Italian arias. She is currently working on songs for a new full-length album while spending her weekends touring.
