Marketing consultant Laura M. Cummins hosts a series of workshops specifically designed to help small businesses.
As a former educator for two international companies, Cummins has taught classes on a variety of business topics including social media, event planning and e-mail marketing. Now the owner of Nine Dotz Consulting, she works exclusively with small businesses.
“Effective Social Media Marketing Strategies,” takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6, at College, Career, and Life in Flemington, N.J. Attendees will learn how to improve their social media presence so they can strengthen their brand, build connections and develop new opportunities.
“Best Ways to Promote Your Small Business in 2020” takes place at Chaddsford Winery in Peddler’s Village in Lahaska, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18. From e-mail marketing to social media development, attendees will gain information on classic approaches to marketing, as well as some new trends.
