Margaret L. Pressler

Margaret L. Pressler “Peggy” of Pennsburg, Pa., passed away at her residence on Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022. She was 72.
Born in Somerset, Pa., to the late Quentin L. and Betty (Beistel) Maust, Margaret resided in Kintnersville and Ottsville, Pa., before moving to Pennsburg, Pa.
Peggy was formerly employed at Neshaminy Electronics, Glen Magnetics, and with retirement she had enjoyed her time at McDonald’s. She was a former member of the First Christian Church of Somerset, Pa. Margaret also enjoyed fishing with her grandsons, feeding and watching birds, playing bingo-pop, watching pug videos and the Cooking Channel. She missed her beloved pug, Cocoa, and is survived by her cat, Boots.
She was the beloved wife of the late Edward L. Pressler; devoted mother of Charles Pressler and wife Amy, Louise Bolte and husband Kirt, Billie Jo Sgro and fiancé Pete Roman; loving nana of Edward, Michael and Hunter Sgro, Brendan and Aidan Bolte; cherished great-nana of Robert Sgro; dear sister of the late Quentin L. Maust Jr. (who is survived by his wife Barbara); and a half brother Scott Maust and wife Janine.
The family will receive their friends at the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 on Friday, Jan. 7, 2022 from 10 a.m. to noon, followed by a service at noon.
Interment will follow in Doylestown Cemetery, Doylestown, Pa.
