Warwick police arrested a man wanted by state police in connection with a burglary, and considered to be armed and dangerous.
At approximately 1:30 p.m. Nov. 30, police officers in Bucks County received emergency information from the Pennsylvania State Police, identifying David Bruno Jasiulewicz, 32, with no fixed address, as a suspect in a burglary being investigated by troopers from the Mansfield Barracks.
Jasiulewicz was suspected to have stolen several long guns and handguns in this burglary. Troopers also informed Bucks police that Jasiulewicz was possibly suicidal and had threatened to kill family members and any police that tried to intervene.
Warwick police learned that Jasiulewicz was believed to be patronizing a business on Campus Drive in an industrial parks near Mearns Road. Officers checked, and saw Jasiulewicz’s car in the parking lot of the business. Shortly after officers found his car, Jasiulewicz came out of the business and drove away.

Officers stopped him on Campus Drive near Mearns Road. Jasiulewicz did not comply with instructions from police. Police said he got out of his car and walked toward Mearns Road, threatening violence against himself and police. Officers utilized several less lethal options to subdue him, and he was successfully arrested.
Jasiulewicz was charged by Warwick officers with: persons not to possess firearms, firearms not to be carried without a license, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned by District Judge Maggie Snow and was committed to Bucks County Correctional Facility under $50,000 bail. Additional charges are expected to be filed by Pennsylvania State Police.
Assistance in apprehending Jasiulewicz was provided by the Warminster and Warrington police departments and officers from the FBI Bucks/Mont Safe Streets Task Force.
