LightUpTheNight Feb. 28 was the culminating event of a weekend long celebration of Rare Disease Day 2022. On this night, walkers wearing lights representing the global rare disease community lit up the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge wearing NoxGear, carrying glow sticks and flashlights. The lights represent those 1 in 10 people living with rare diseases. Caryl Harris, co-founder and executive director of Avery’s Hope, led the group over the bridge.
