Leigh Robert Ferguson, 50, born on Dec. 1, 1972 passed away peacefully at St. Luke’s Hospice House (Center Valley) entering into his Heavenly Home on Sunday, May 14, 2023.
Leigh was a 1991 graduate of Central Bucks High School East, Doylestown, Pa. After high school, he worked as a CNC machinist and graduated from the Allentown Police Academy.
He was employed by The Piper Group, Pipersville, Pa., for over 20 years as their property manager. He loved carpentry and working with his hands. His work ethic was unmeasured and he was always busy tinkering on a project big or small.
Leigh was an avid hunter and fisherman. He spent countless hours in the outdoors teaching his boys the same love of those hobbies. He loved taking them to the mountains to target shoot, ride four wheelers and hunt.
Leigh coached his boys in Little League baseball for Pennridge, as well as Pop Warner Greenjackets Football, never missing a game or practice. He was a dedicated father who loved his boys immensely.
He is survived by his three sons; Jack (20) Drew (17) and Max (17) and his former wife Megan (Steffen) Ferguson, all of Sellersville, Pa. Also surviving are his loving parents, Larry and Anna (Rosenberger) Ferguson of Sellersville, Pa.; as well as his Aunt Rose Marie Wasser and five cousins, David Allen, Craig, Tim, Larry and Mike Wasser.
