Ivanka Trump visits Tabora Farms

Ivanka Trump paid a visit to Tabora Farms outside Chalfont Friday, on her way home, following campaign stops in Chester County.
With Secret Service agents standing guard, Trump chatted with Tabora owners Caleb and Patricia Torrice and their children, Brody, 14, Molly, 12, Jack, 10, and Grace, 9, and did some shopping, purchasing cookies, pies, tomatoes and more as other customers watched, some voicing their support for her father.
“What an honor and a privilege that someone would want to come and see our facility,” said Caleb Torrice, a Republican, who serves as a supervisor in Hilltown Township. “It’s pretty cool. The reality of the race kind of comes home.”
Torrice said the “conversation” about a visit started a few days earlier, but the family wasn’t certain who the visitor would be until the morning of the visit. “We were guessing,” he said.
Following the brief visit, Torrice said, “It was awesome. She has an amazing personality. You can tell how generous she is.”
Added Patricia Torrice, “We appreciate her taking time to meet our children.”
