Hunterdon County resumes residential bulk waste drop-off

Posted
Hunterdon County Freeholder Board Director Shaun C. Van Doren announced at the May 19 Freeholder Board meeting that residential bulk waste drop-off will resume this Saturday, May 30, at the Petticoat Lane Transfer Station in Clinton Township, N.J.

Freeholder Director Van Doren said, “In keeping with our call for businesses to reopen, the county is reopening the Transfer Station for bulk waste drop-off with health and safety measures in place to protect staff and those dropping off at the site.”

Residents can drop off construction debris and furniture; boards or wood fence materials must be cut to 4-foot sections. The County Department of Health and Division of Solid Waste advises that household garbage, electronic and hazardous waste are not accepted.
