The Bucks County Herald has reopened its search for an editor to serve as successor to founding editor Bridget Wingert.
“We believed we had the right candidate for this important role when we made our announcement a few weeks ago. Regrettably, we were unable to reach mutually agreeable terms of employment so we have reopened our search for a highly qualified editor to fill my mother’s shoes,” said Herald publisher Joe Wingert.
Bridget Wingert also serves as the board president of the Bucks County Herald Foundation, which supports the Herald’s nonprofit, nonpartisan community journalism.
