Henry Weaver, 82, of Erwinna, Tinicum Towsnhip, Pa., passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at the LifeQuest Nursing Center in Quakertown, Pa.
Born Feb. 28, 1940, in Erwinna, Henry was a lifelong resident of the beautiful river town and had post office box number one, at the Erwinna Post Office. He was a carpenter and builder, building his own home in Erwinna, 30 years ago. Henry was a “jack of all trades” and was skilled in plumbing, heating, masonry, carpentry, building septic systems, as well as many other trades …
He was an outdoors man his whole life and enjoyed hunting with his family and friends. He was a “member” of the “Lower Hunting Club” in Tinicum Township. Henry also was an avid fan of NASCAR.
Son of the late Walter and Lana (Bryan) Weaver, Henry is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Margaret “Linda” (Hasse) Weaver, his sister Meda Grim, his four loving daughters Annamarie Pinkerton (Russell), Sherry Caramanica (Marty), Kristin Vo (Thomas) and Melissa Meyer (Kyle). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren Michael Gross, Jesse Pinkerton, Jonathon Pinkerton, David Pinkerton, Alysia Lederach, Mychelle Romero, Rosemarie Anderson, Emilia Vo, Aidan Vo, Willa Meyer and two great-grandchildren Tydus and Rain Anderson. Henry was the youngest of 13 children, two sisters Dorothy Dexheimer and Meda Grim and 10 brothers Thomas, Cleon “Dick,” Walter Jr. “Buck,” Marlyn “Rube,” Norman, Kenneth, Roger “Charlie,” Jeffrey, Dale “Pete” and Harry.
Services will be private. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, NJ 08848.
Memorial contributions may be made, in Henry’s memory, to the American Cancer Society.
