Hunterdon Healthcare and HealthQuest of Hunterdon will be hosting a health and fitness fair 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16 at HealthQuest. The event is free and open to the community.
Attendees can enjoy a free workout during the fair, tours and special joining incentives. Special classes offered will be: 10 a.m. BodyJam, BodyPump, Mat Pilates, 11 a.m. yoga and 11:15 a.m. Zumba. The Pilates Studio at HealthQuest will be offering tours and the opportunity to sign up for a complimentary class. Cryo at HealthQuest demonstrations will be available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Children will enjoy making crystal gardens with “Mad Science,” the Hunterdon Healthcare see and learn anatomy exhibit, and a visit by Totally Zany balloon artist from 10 a.m. to noon.
The event will also include information on many services offered through Hunterdon Healthcare and Walk with a Doc at 11 a.m. presented by Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates. Dr. Ankur Tiwari, cardiac electrophysiologist, will lead the walk.
