Gregg Scott Bittner of Buckingham, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at his home surrounded by his family. He was 60 years old.

Born in Meadowbrook, PA to the late James and Barbara (Cavanaugh) Bittner, Gregg was raised in Feasterville, PA before moving to Buckingham, PA in 1990. Gregg was the beloved husband of 35 years to Sherri (Ashworth) Bittner; cherished father of Kirsten Siliani (Steven), Gregg Bittner (Gabriella) and Ian Bittner (Samantha); dearest brother of Mark Bittner (Debbie) and Michael Bittner (Laura); loving grandfather of Liam Bittner, Annalee Bittner, Arden Bittner, Leonardo Siliani and Lucca Siliani.

Gregg was the widely known and respected owner of Gregg S. Bittner Custom Home Builder Inc. He was a master craftsman whose passion for carpentry began with building furniture at 16 years old. Gregg dedicated his life to perfecting his craft which was shown through the great detail, quality and love he put into each home that he built.

Gregg was the kind of person that would captivate a room with his incredible sense of humor, charm and never-ending energy. In his younger years, Gregg would spend his free time playing baseball, golfing, skiing, spending summers at the shore and getting into all sorts of adventures. He lived life to the fullest and never missed an opportunity to have fun. Later in life as his disease progressed, Gregg was limited in his abilities. His wife Sherri became his full-time caregiver. The beautiful devotion and absolute love that Sherri gave Gregg, kept him going each day. Not a day went by that Gregg didn’t share his appreciation and love for his wife. Through the years he enjoyed watching his favorite movies, listening to music, and visits from his family and friends. He was a passionate Eagles fan who loved watching games with family and friends and discussing the results. Gregg was best known for telling the wild adventures of his youth and fun times he shared with friends. Despite his limitations, one thing that always shined through was his sense of humor and love for his family. Gregg loved and adored his grandchildren and enjoyed watching them having fun and creating adventures of their own.

A memorial service will be held for Gregg on Saturday, January 8, 2022, located at Trinity Episcopal Church in Buckingham, PA. The family will receive visitors from 10:00-11:30 AM with a service to follow.Trinity Episcopal Church Buckingham 2631 Durham Road Buckingham, PA 18912.
