The Greater BucksMont Chamber of Commerce (GBMCC) has named its 2024 scholarship winners.

Every year, the chamber’s Scholarship Committee solicits scholarship applications and chooses the winners from among the graduating seniors from Archbishop Wood High School, Middle Bucks Institute of Technology and William Tennent High School. The chamber also offers Women2Women scholarships for single, working mothers who attend Bucks County Community College.

The winners are awarded a $1,000 scholarship.

This year’s high school senior scholarship winners are:

– Brent Virata Archbishop Wood High School

– Skyla Paslo Middle Bucks Institute of Technology

– Savannah Zeaman William Tennent High School

This year’s Women2Women scholarship winners are:

– Monica Davish, program: health sciences

– Shannon Jones, program: criminal justice

The winners were honored at the chamber’s 2024 Scholarship Luncheon on May 15 in Warminster. The Event Sponsor was Citadel Credit Union and the Table Sponsor was Zoom Drain.

The Women2Women scholarships are funded by a portion of the proceeds from the Non-Designer Handbag Bingo event. This year’s bingo event will take place on October 25 at the VFW Post in Warminster. Details about the bingo event will be provided at a later date.

The high school scholarships are funded by a portion of the proceeds from the Chamber’s Annual Scholarship Golf Outing. The Event Sponsor for the golf outing is Hatboro Federal Bank. This year’s golf outing will take place on June 6 at 5 Ponds Golf Course, in Warminster.
