The nonprofit organization Sassy Massey stopped by Grand View Health to deliver hundreds of toys for Grand View’s pediatric patients Dec. 18.
The toy drive was started in 2016 by Jillian Massey who was just 5 years old when she passed away. She wished for all kids in the hospital to have toys over the holidays and her family has continued the mission, this year giving away thousands of toys to area hospitals.
“We are so grateful Sassy Massey included Grand View Health in its toy drive again this year,” said Jean Keeler, president and CEO of Grand View Health. “The gifts will bring joy to the children in our care throughout the year.”
