FRANK A. NIXON

Frank A. Nixon, 90, died Wednesday, August 18th, at his home. Born in Trenton, Frank was raised in Lambertville and moved to W. Amwell Twp. in 1956, living these last five years in New Hope, PA.

A longtime member of Old Rocks Church in W. Amwell, Frank retired from Public Service Electric and Gas Company in 1992 after forty-one years of employment. He was a life member of the W. Amwell Fire Company and the Masonic Lodge in Stockton.

Son of late Chester and Emily Wesner Nixon, and brother of the late Frederick R Nixon. He is survived by his wife of seventy years, Barbara Naylor Nixon, his children Patricia Payton and her husband Michael, Fred Nixon and his wife Linda, Robert Nixon and his wife Ruth, his seven grandchildren, Matthew, Jason, and Joseph Payton, Christina Nixon, Jenna McGann, Sarah Manseau, Frank Nixon and seven great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be private and held at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Garefino Funeral Home in Lambertville.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lambertville-New Hope Rescue Squad, PO Box 237, Lambertville, NJ 08530.
