Frances J. Arbeter (Reynolds) of Doylestown passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021 with loved ones by her side. She was 83.
Fran was a beloved wife of the late Melvin Arbeter, and loving mother of Brenda Lippincott and Mark Arbeter (Laurie). She was known as G-Mom by her grandchildren Ashley Atkins (Chris), Amanda Lippincott, Jared, and Kylee Arbeter; as well as by her great- grandchildren Anna Grace Arbeter and Nora Atkins.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents Frank Reynolds and Mildred Dando, sister Patricia Reynolds and her grandson Mark David Arbeter Jr.
She was a graduate of Central Bucks High School, Class of 1954. She was known for her delicious baked goods, especially her famous pound cake, and loved to share with all! She was a faithful churchgoer, and for many years donated hand-knitted hats and scarves to those in need. For over 20 years she delivered Meals on Wheels to residence of Doylestown and truly enjoyed each person she helped.
She was loved by so many, and will be dearly missed by all!
In lieu of flowers, Frances would appreciate a donation to Meals on Wheels of Bucks County or a blood donation to the American Red Cross.
Services were private under the direction of the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home/Central Bucks Crematory, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
