Great Place to Work and Fortune have named Ann’s Choice, an Erickson Living senior living community in Warminster as one of the 2019 Best Workplaces for Aging Services.
The not-for-profit community of more than 1,900 residents, which employs more than 1,000 full- and part-time employees, took the No. 7 spot on the list in Seniors Housing and Care (Small and Medium Companies) category.

The ranking considered feedback representing 223,183 employees working for Great Place to Work-Certified organizations in Senior Housing & Care and At-Home Care in the Aging Services industry.
Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions and how much camaraderie there is among the team.
Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization.
Ann’s Choice employees are regularly recognized for their work. The campus boasts an employee health and wellness center, where employees can see a Nurse Practitioner during work hours and schedule regular health checkups, testing and flu shots. Ann’s Choice also offers staff access to its on-site pharmacy, fitness center, smoking cessation and Weight Watchers programs.
