Sphericality, a fitness studio for women in downtown Flemington, N.J., invites the community to celebrate the new year with a day of talks, free classes and prize 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19.
Attendees will receive a copy of Dorian Madreperla’s new book “Happy Body, Happy Life.” She is the founder and owner of Sphericality.
Sphericality, which is celebrating its 10th annivesrary, will also be raising money for Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide by donating $1 for each nonmember who attends the open house.
Sphericality’s open house will raise awareness to help educate our community about the trend in teen depression and suicide.
Those who attend the open house can choose from a variety of free classes, including SphereBARRE, pilates and bootcamp. Registration is requested, as class sizes are limited. All nonmember visitors will receive a two-week free pass.
Sphericality’s all-female staff works to help women of all ages meet their fitness and nutrition goals. They specialize in programs for women over 40 and the active adult over 55. They help members focus on not only weight loss and maintenance, but nutrition, stress management, mindset and accountability.
Sphericality encompasses 3,000 square feet of space on the third floor of the circa 1881 Deats Building at 124 Main St.
