Family Hope Center slates Parent Training Conference

Posted
The Family Hope Center will hold its first U.S.-based Parent Training Conference for the year at The Family Hope Center’s offices in Norristown on March 13 to 15.

The “How to Help Your Child with Special Needs Conference” provides parents with the knowledge and resources they need to better understand their children diagnosed with special needs.

For more than 15 years, The Family Hope Center has helped thousands of parents in the U.S., Europe, South Africa, and other countries around the world, understand their children’s neurology and focus their time and energy into the areas that will have the greatest positive impact on their families.

During the three-day education session, specialists and clinicians guide parents through an understanding of the complex brain, emphasizing practical ways they can improve their child’s quality of life.

Parents will learn the scientific approach to child brain development, receive demonstrations and engage in discussions about their child’s neurology. They also will learn about the therapies that enhance their children’s intellectual, physical, sensory, auditory, emotional and social skills. Doctors and clinicians across multiple fields of medicine contribute to this symposium.
