The Faith Christian girls softball team fell to District Four champion Montgomery 13-1 in the PIAA Class A tournament quarterfinals last Thursday.
Faith, the District One champion, advanced to the state quarterfinals by defeating District Three titlist Halifax 2-1 in the tournament opener on June 6. The Lions beat Plumstead Christian 14-2 to capture the district crown on May 26.
Faith ends the season with a 16-7 record.
