Posted

The organizers of the Ellarslie Open Juried Art Show have named Dr. William R. Valerio, director of Philadelphia’s Woodmere Art Museum, as juror for the 37th annual exhibition.

Artists from the Delaware Valley region and beyond are invited to submit works for consideration from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 20 to 22, said Ellarslie Open 37 curator Joyce Inderbitzen. Artists may submit recently-produced works in most media (not film or video), and awards and prizes will be given in 10 categories.

Submissions are limited to six works, with no more than two from each judging category, as detailed in the prospectus available to view and download at ellarslie.org/ellarslie-open-37-call/.

The 2020 juried exhibition in the Trenton City Museum in Ellarslie Mansion, opens to the public May 2 and runs through July 2.
