Dublin’s new post office open for business

Posted

The new Dublin Post Office, located at 301 Station Drive, Suite 101, Dublin Pa., officially opened at 8 a.m. Monday, Aug. 1.

“We want to thank the Dublin customers for their patience and eagerly look forward to serving them at our new location,” said Postmaster Deborah LaRosa. The Postal Service was moved out of its original location at 133 N. Main St. after its lease was terminated for a new shopping mall. During the search and construction of the new office, box office customers were able to access their mail nearby Main at 123 N. Main St. and delivery services had to be made from the Doylestown Post Office. All retail services, P.O. Box holders, and carrier deliveries will now all be housed at the new site.

“We worked with the community to secure a location that is convenient for our customers while they shop in Dublin and are pleased to be part of its terrific downtown,” LaRosa added. “It’s also nice to have my employees under one roof again.”

The post office’s window service hours will be 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays. The lobby will be open 24 hours.
