Dr. Kevin Baumlin qualifies for Primary

Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate Dr. Kevin Baumlin turned in over 3,000 signed petitions to be officially placed on the May 17 primary ballot for United States Senate.
For 30 years, Dr. Baumlin has been an emergency physician and until recently was the chair of Emergency Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital. He is the founder of Oak Street Initiative, a nonprofit organization created to increase opportunity, access, and knowledge in communities to solve Pennsylvania’s most pressing problems. He is a globally recognized physician and innovator in emergency care for seniors.
“Dr. B” was born in Philadelphia at Hahnemann Hospital, where he also went to medical school. He interned at Crozer, in Chester. He now lives with his husband, Patrick, and their boxer Duke in Philadelphia.
