Doylestown Hospital is once again named a “Most Wired” hospital for 2019 by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME).
This is the eighth year Doylestown Hospital made the national Most Wired list.
Years of development in information technology throughout the Doylestown Health system are strengthening integrated networks that securely share vital information across the continuum of care. The result is improved communication among clinical staff and enhancements to patient safety.
Doylestown Health is using data analytics not only in the hospital setting, but throughout the community to prevent illness and provide care in the most efficient and effective setting.
The Most Wired program conducts an annual survey to assess how effectively healthcare organizations apply core and advanced technologies into their clinical and business programs to improve health and care in their communities.
