Doylestown Health’s Cancer Institute will offer the Cancer Fit program in September.
The program is for cancer survivors looking to increase their quality of life after treatment, while becoming fitter, faster and stronger. The 12-week Cancer Fit session begins the week of September 20, 2021 and takes place at the Cornerstone Club in Furlong (740 Edison Furlong Road).
This 12-week program includes:
– Consultation with a Cornerstone Club certified personal trainer and cancer fitness specialist. Participants will review their health history with the trainer and set their own goals.

– Group personal training sessions two times per week
– Complimentary passes for participant and a guest.
Participants must be at least four weeks post-treatment and within one year of finishing treatment services (surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation). Breast cancer patients will qualify for Unite for Her and may participate in Cancer Fit through their Unite for Her passport.
The deadline to register is Sept. 7.
