Doylestown Arts Festival showcases area juried artists, musicians

Posted

Doylestown Arts Festival returns to the borough from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 11 and 12.
The festival, which is free to attend, features a juried lineup of local and regional independent artists.
Organizers have taken precautions to scale the event back to enhance the safety of attendees and vendors. This includes having fewer vendors, no food court, hand sanitizing stations, and changes to volunteer roles.
Face masks are recommended, especially when in crowds or for those are not vaccinated. Organizers are monitoring the Delta variant status closely and may update this policy as the situation evolves.

Before arriving, check out some parking options and where you can hop on the free shuttle bus, which runs both days. Check parking rules, rates, and limits wherever you park to avoid tickets or towing. For information, visit dtownartsfestival.com/festival/parking.
Sign up to volunteer at the festival at signup.com/go/PayPqOU.
The festival will feature five stages of live music throughout the weekend. The mix of local and traveling acts ranges from rock and jazz to folk and pop. Hear a selection of the acts on the festival’s Spotify playlist and check out the full schedule at: dtownartsfestival.com/schedule/music.
The Doylestown Arts Festival is made possible by a small volunteer committee of Discover Doylestown and by The Thompson Organization and additional sponsors. For information, visit dtownartsfestival.com.
