Discover wild foraged edibles in your backyard

Posted

Learn more about foraging for wild edibles that can be found all over – from your own small, urban garden, to roadsides, to natural hiking trails during The Art of Ecology’s “Autumn Trails-to-Tasting Video Series.”
Learn about foraging etiquette, how plants and wildlife are interconnected, and how to create unique, handcrafted cocktails or mocktails – just in time to celebrate the harvest season.

Each week starting on Sept. 9 and continuing every Thursday until Oct. 7, you will receive an exclusive video tutorial sent directly to your inbox, walking you through the identification of the session’s plant foraged, and then the step-by-step instruction for how to create your specialty drink.
Access to the entire video series is $10 and each registrant will receive an exclusive $5 coupon to a culminating in-person foraging event at Peace Valley Nature Center at 4;30 p.m. Oct. 16.
