A service of dedication and an Open House will be held to celebrate the restoration of Ridge Valley’s historic 1883 schoolhouse on Sunday, May 1st. The church service of dedication begins at 9:30 AM with an Open House at the school to follow from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The program features a film that chronicles the progress of restoration from the start to completion. Much of the labor was completed by members of the church congregation with the help of local builders and contractors. The facility is now available for church meetings and activities as well as community functions. All are welcome to attend, especially those who care about the preservation of the historic buildings in Bucks County.
