Dangerous decision in Central Bucks

Posted

As the school buses roll, I’m so relieved that my grandsons are students in the Hatboro-Horsham School District. Like the New Hope-Solebury School District and Palisades School District, the Hatboro-Horsham School District has listened to science and health care professionals and mandated masks that will provide additional guard rails for student safety.
I shouldn’t have to say it, but I feel I must: Children are our most important resource. When we are in nursing homes somewhere, these young people will be making choices that will affect us and those we love.
The Central Bucks School District School Board and its dangerous and misguided decision to leave students in the crosshairs of an epidemic for which they are unvaccinated is simply appalling.

It is hoped that the CBSD science curriculum will provide a better education than that which was provided to the folks elected to make decisions on our behalf.
