Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick tours Christ’s Home Senior care facility

Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick visited Christ’s Home Senior Services Healthcare Building on Aug. 13. He toured the skilled nursing facility, skilled-rehab gymnasium and personal care suites.
He spoke with residents, leadership and staff to learn more about Christ’s Home and to hear a firsthand perspective on the challenges facing senior services facilities.
Christ’s Home Healthcare Facility is rated five stars by the Center for Medicare/Medicaid and listed in U.S. News Best Nursing Homes with a High Performing short-term rehabilitation rating.

Accompanying Fitzpatrick on the tour were Christ’s Home CEO John Bryant, board of trustees Chairman, David Breidinger, Director of Community Relations George Zauflik, Administrator for Personal Care Brenda Mast and Administrator for Independent Living Vernon Morris.
Christ’s Home healthcare facility has only private rooms and bathrooms for residents. To date, Christ’s Home Healthcare Building has had no deaths due to COVID-19. Christ’s Home will maintain its rigorous protocols until advised otherwise by the CDC and state and local authorities.
In continuous operation since 1903, Christ’s Home is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization founded as a non-denominational Christian ministry serving children and seniors.
