The sixth Raise the Roof for Homelessness Gala benefiting the Coalition to Shelter and Support the Homeless (CSSH) will take place at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at Doylestown Country Club, 20 Country Lane in Doylestown.
The evening includes gourmet dinner, open bar, music, dancing, live and silent auctions, and raffle baskets. Tickets are $135 per person and may be purchased at CentralBucksCodeBlue.org. A portion of the ticket price is tax deductible.
“We are excited to announce that our Raise the Roof event is returning this year for the first time since 2019. COVID-19 caused us to cancel our fundraiser for the past two years, but the work of our Code Blue shelter and outreach mission to those in need in Central Bucks never stopped. We hope people will come out to have fun for a great local charity this October,” said CSSH Executive Director Mae O’Brien.
Proceeds from the event benefit CSSH’s work providing shelter to homeless adults on code blue nights in the winter and support services year round.
