The Newtown Business Association recently celebrated the retirement of Leslie Dunleavy, former NBA secretary.
Her dedication to the organization for the past 16 years was celebrated at the May 26 NBA Member Breakfast held at Bucks County Community College in Newtown.
Dunleavy has served as the force behind the organization in events such as Newtown Welcome Day, the annual Holiday Parade, and the annual Antique and Classic Car Show.
The organization welcomes Brooke Straiton as the new NBA administrator, taking on both the secretary duties and a prominent marketing role. Straiton is a longtime Bucks County resident as well as a local photographer. She brings with her 10-plus years of project management experience working in pharmaceutical marketing prior to her work in photography.
NBA is excited to welcome Straiton to the team and wish Dunleavy the best of luck in her well-deserved retirement.
