Ceramic artist, educator Lisa Naples opens new studio

Bucks County ceramic artist and educator Lisa Naples has opened her new studio in Frenchtown, N.J.
Naples makes narrative figurative sculpture and functional, handmade pottery. She has won national jury awards, taught workshops and lectured at numerous arts institutions and universities around the country.
Visit the Lisa Naples Clay Studio website to register for a wide variety of spring classes and summer workshops. Subjects include: Narrative Drawing on Pinched Pots, Human Head Construction, Animal Vessels, Hand-Building Pottery and more.

This spring, Naples welcomes a new teacher, Theo Uliano of Philadelphia to her staff. Uliano makes “hilarious illustrated pottery and human heads.” He will share his techniques in these classes/workshops.
Naples’ staff also includes potter Melissa Michael of Solebury. Michael heads the teen program, and her workshops are now open for registration.
The studio is located at 34 Bridge St., Frenchtown.
