Cairn welcomes new deans

Cairn University in Langhorne has appointed three new deans.

Dr. Stacey Bose will serve as the dean of Cairn University’s School of Education.

Bose is bringing her instructional expertise from her over 25-year educational career to her leadership role in the School of Education. As an educator and administrator, Bose worked with the Bible Fellowship Board of Missions for 16 years, serving schools in South Korea, Brazil, Panama, and Ecuador.

Dr. Aneesh Khushman will serve as the dean of Cairn University’s School of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Khushman has served as an associate professor of biology at the university since fall 2019.

Previously, he taught anatomy and physiology at Bucks County Community College, Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, and Salus University in Elkins Park. He regularly conducts medical mission work in India.

Dr. Keith Plummer will serve as the dean of Cairn University’s School of Divinity. Plummer has served at Cairn as professor of theology since 2010. Before teaching at Cairn, he served as associate pastor at Our Saviour Evangelical Free Church in Wheeling, Ill., for 18 years. He also served as a volunteer police chaplain for 10 of those years.
