The Pennsylvania Bankers Association announced the winners of the inaugural Future Under 40 Awards, banking industry leaders, age 40 and younger, who have made a tremendous impact in their institution, the community and the industry.
This year’s award winners are:
Tae Ayers, AVP, community banking manager, S&T Bank; Patricia Dasta, financial solutions center manager, First Commonwealth Bank; Jacob Iampietro, SVP, director of retail banking, Penn Community Bank; Amanda Jarski, assistant compliance officer, AVP, First Keystone Community Bank;
Brent Smith, president, LinkBank; Natalie Stackhouse, accounting manager, AVP, First Keystone Community Bank; Leighton Walsh, VP, mortgage services manager, First Keystone Community Bank; David Warho, VP, interim it manager, ISO, First Keystone Community Bank; and Britney Zacherl, financial solutions area manager, First Commonwealth Bank
The program also recognizes a senior leader who inspires and promotes the growth of young professionals in the industry through the Young Professionals Champion Award. The 2021 winner of the inaugural Young Professionals Champion Award is: Andrew Samuel, chairman & CEO, LinkBank.
The winners were honored at the association’s Young Professionals Conference Sept. 20, in Hershey.

GMG Insurance Agency, headquartered in Newtown, celebrates the anniversaries of two employees: 15 years for John Staniec, commercial lines account manager; and five years for Ryan Fuller, vice president sales.
“John has proven himself to be an integral member of our commercial lines department. He continues to expand his knowledge as the industry grows ...” said GMG Principal Chuck Thomas.
Prior to joining GMG in 2006, Staniec worked at several agencies working in life, personal lines and then commercial lines.
Co-principal Ron Viehweger said, “Ryan Fuller’s leadership at GMG has been exemplary. We are proud of his contribution to the overall success of GMG ...”

Fuller joined GMG in 2014 as a consultant producer. Two years later, he joined the team as full-time agent. Recently he was promoted to vice president sales and maintains an active role in all departments including marketing.
He serves as the board chair of Credit Counseling Center of Bucks County, board member of New Hope Arts and is past treasurer of both the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce and New Hope Celebrates.
Established in 1937 in Bucks County, GMG Insurance Agency is a full-service independent insurance agency offering employee benefits, commercial property and casualty, and personal lines property and casualty products.

Partner Jane M. Williams of Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams will be a featured presenter at the 62nd annual Pennsylvania Council for Exceptional Children conference Saturday, Oct. 2, at Normandy Farm in Blue Bell.
Williams will participate in a conversation session titled “Dos and Don’ts in Mediations and Due Process Hearings,” from 11:25 a.m. -to12:25 p.m.
In the session, practicing parent and school district attorneys and mediators will have a conversation about preparing for, and participating in, early dispute resolution options. They also will discuss due process hearings. The attorneys will share best practices in a conversation customized to their audience’s interests.
Williams will be joined by Constance Fox Lyttle, PhD, JD, special education professor, Drexel University; Josh Kershenbaum, founder of Educadr, an alternative dispute resolution service for educators and students; and Lily Yazno-Bartle, senior associate attorney at The Law Offices of Caryl Andrea Oberman.
