Eastburn and Gray shareholders Mark S. Cappuccio, D. Rodman Eastburn, Sarah A. Eastburn, Marc D. Jonas, Michael E. Peters, John A. VanLuvanee, and Julie L. Von Spreckelsen, have been selected by their peers for inclusion in the 2022 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
Cappuccio is recognized for his work in the field of Land Use and Zoning law. Jonas is recognized for his work in the field of Land Use and Zoning Law and Litigation - Land Use and Zoning.
Peters received the “Ones to Watch” award for his work in the field of Land Use and Zoning Law and Municipal Law. VanLuvanee is recognized for his work in the field of Land Use and Zoning. Von Spreckelsen is recognized for her work in the field of Land Use and Zoning.
Rod Eastburn is recognized for his work in Trusts and Estates Law. Sarah Eastburn received the “Ones to Watch” award for her work in the field of Trusts and Estates and Litigation – Trusts and Estates.

Jeffrey M. Williams, Susan J. Smith and Robert J. Salzer of Williams Family Law in Doylestown have been selected for inclusion in the 2022 edition of Best Lawyers in America, recognized for their work in family law.
Williams, who founded the firm and serves as its managing partner, has appeared annually in the publication since 2008. He concentrates his practice on domestic relations. He is a past president of the Pennsylvania chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers.
Recognized since 2018, Smith concentrates her practice on family law matters. She has been recognized by American Lawyer Media as a “Woman Leader in the Law” and has received the Woman of the Year award from the Bucks County Bar Association.
Selected for the second year in a row, Salzer focuses his practice on financially complex, high net worth family law matters. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). He is the co-author of “Stress-Free Divorce” and a frequent presenter on issues involved in family law.

Hugh J. Algeo IV, an attorney in the family law practice at Eastburn and Gray in Doylestown, was chosen to serve on the Membership Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Family Law Section.
Algeo handles a wide variety of complex family law and domestic relations issues, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, protection from abuse, alimony and equitable distribution. Algeo works with clients throughout all phases of the legal process, from negotiation to trial.
The Section on Family Law of the Pennsylvania Bar Association helps members with the development and practical working of the law relating to marriage, divorce, support, custody, property and economic matters, and domestic relations generally, as well as the law relating to adoption and to juvenile dependency. Stoughton is a member of the National and Bucks County Associations of Realtors. She is a longtime resident of Holland and she serves Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties, and the Lehigh Valley.
