The NJ Ad Club recently inducted its 2021 Class of “Jersey’s Best Marketing and Communications Professionals under 40.”
This year’s inductees include seven team members with Lambertville, N.J.,-based marketing and advertising agency Oxford Communications.
They included: Julia Abraham, director of integrated media; Gene Kelly, senior solutions architect; Westley Hackman, account supervisor; Adam Ruth, creative director; Trami Pham, senior art director; Jamie Volansky, senior art director; and Ashley Kloczynski, senior account manager.
Inductees were formally recognized at a ceremony on Nov. 10, in Fairfield, N.J.
As the fifth annual Professionals Under 40 class named by the NJ Ad Club, this year’s inductees are professionals who impact their respective fields and company, and who exhibit qualities such as leadership, career progress, community involvement and creating and/or achieving recognition from their peers, the public or their employers.

The U.S. Small Business Administration Eastern Pennsylvania District Office is ready to accept nominations for its 2022 National and District Small Business Week Awards, including the annual Small Business Person of the Year award. (The Eastern Pennsylvania District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration serves the 40 eastern counties of Pennsylvania.)

The SBA Awards given in celebration of National and District Small Business Week include: Small Business Person of the Year (National and District); Small Business Exporter (National and District); Entrepreneurial Success; Family-Owned Business of the Year; Minority-Owned Small Business Person of the Year; Veteran-Owned Small Business Person of the Year; Woman-Owned Small Business Person of the Year; and Young Entrepreneur of the Year

All nominations must be received by the Eastern Pennsylvania District office by electronic submission only to the District’s BOX account, no later 3 p.m. Jan. 11, 2022.

Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group (LVRG), a Red Robin franchisee covering the Lehigh Valley, Northeast, Southeast, and Harrisburg, Pa., regions, has named Nikki Bloom chief financial officer.
In her new role, Bloom will oversee all finance and accounting functions while leveraging creative problem-solving skills to maximize financial performance across all of LVRG locations.
With almost two decades of experience at LVRG, Bloom rose through the ranks of the restaurant group gaining experience in every facet of accounting and finance.
She helped lead LVRG out of the uncertain times of the pandemic and into stability, recovery, and sales growth throughout 2021 while still planning for the company’s future. She served in a critical role in 2020, handling government shutdowns, Payroll Protection Program Loans, and Employee Retention Tax Credits and implemented many effective and crucial measures to help preserve the necessary funds to meet the company’s financial obligations.
Bloom has been promoted six times since joining LVRG in 2004 as an administrative assistant.
Bloom earned a BA from East Stroudsburg University and two Associate degrees from Lehigh Carbon Community College in Business Administration and Accounting.
