Bucks Visitor Center presents Chimayo

The Bucks County Visitor Center presents a group exhibition of works featuring Chimayo Gallery artists, from Sept. 15, through Oct. 28, with an opening reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15.

Nine Chimayo Gallery artists will be featured in the show: Julia Castor, Rob Ciampa, Joann Krutainis, Pamela Parsons, Steve Capaldi, Jill Bradburn, B.A. Stoll, Susan Roseman and Megan Wetzel.

The works are pieces that explore a variety of techniques, such as lino with caran d’ache, watercolor, prints, shadow boxes, photography, acrylic and oil paintings. There also will be some pottery on display.

The artists have produced a range of work that displays a sampling of what they do. More of their work can be seen at Chimayo, 21 N. 7th St., Perkasie.

The Visitor Center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week and is located at 3207 Street Road, Bensalem. For information, call the center at 215-639-0300 or Chimayo Gallery at 267-733-5012.
