The County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) has announced awards for Pennsylvania county leaders and organizations that have enhanced the well-being of counties and residents.
The 2021 Outstanding Solicitor Award was given to Bucks County’s Joseph Kahn, who was honored for helping the administration realize its vision for transparency, ethics and excellence in county government; being the uniting force of recent elections issues; providing sound legal leadership; and redefining the role of county solicitor in important and transformative ways.
