Posted

Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA) welcomed Jane Kim, esquire, as the new director of the Bucks County Children’s Advocacy Center (Bucks CAC).

The CAC is a service of NOVA, established in 2008, to manage a coordinated and multidisciplinary response to reports of suspected child sexual and physical abuse in Bucks County.

Kim brings to the CAC many years of experience in both law and child advocacy. She previously worked as the staff attorney at the Support Center for Child Advocates for the Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) Project, where she represented clients in both dependency and criminal matters. Kim also served as chair of the Children’s Rights Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association. In addition, Kim worked as a special assistant district attorney in Montgomery County, where she helped to develop anti-human trafficking strategies and community outreach efforts to improve relationships between the district attorney’s office and the Korean-American community in Montgomery County.

Prior to attending law school, Kim taught social studies at a public high school in Delaware County.
