Denise Bowman has announced her candidacy for judge of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
A partner at the law firm of Antheil, Maslow & MacMinn, in Doylestown and commercial litigation attorney, Bowman has represented and advocated for businesses, individuals, nonprofits and government entities throughout Bucks County in a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes for over 20 years. She has represented clients at both the trial and appellate levels and she is a formally trained mediator and experienced arbitrator.
Bowman has served on local nonprofit boards, including the United Way, YWCA, Red Cross, and Youth Orchestra of Bucks County. She also has served as a volunteer coach for the Bensalem School District Mock Trial Team and represented victims of domestic violence as a pro bono attorney through Legal Aid of Southeastern Pa.
An active member of the business community, Bowman has served as chair of the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
She is a 42-year resident of Bucks County, and she resides in Middletown Township with her husband, Jason, and their two sons, Ryan, 17, and Zack, 15.
