Book launch event to discuss environmental rights in New York and beyond

Posted

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University will host a conversation with Maya K. van Rossum, the Delaware Riverkeeper and founder of Green Amendments for the Generations, to celebrate the launch of the second edition of her book “The Green Amendment: The People's Fight for a Clean, Safe, and Healthy Environment” (available Nov. 1).

Professor Nick Robinson will lead the discussion with Maya focusing on her road map to a healthier world—one that uses the law to empower activists and support environmental and social justice for all communities.

The discussion is set for 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, at Pace University’s New York City Campus, One Pace Plaza, Student Center East. Register in advance at https://bit.ly/PaceBookLaunch.
