Whoa ... I said when I heard that the DCNR (Department of Conservation and Natural Resources) has named the Delaware Canal Towpath Best Trail in Pennsylvania.
Maybe its the most dangerous trail in Pennsylvania. It meets no safety standards for trails let alone its multi trail use. I mean where else can you go for a quiet stroll through nature and get run down by speeding bicycles?
