At its May 23, meeting, the Bensalem Township School District Board of School Directors approved the appointment of Dr. Donna L. Minnigh to the position of director of teaching and learning.
Minnigh has over 18 years of educational experience in the Pennsbury School District at both the elementary and secondary levels. Since August 2015, she has served as principal of Oxford Valley Elementary School. Her leadership style promotes an inclusive, data-driven, instructional approach to develop student growth, while building collaboration, collegiality, and pride among stakeholders to secure student success and a positive culture.
