Behavioral health services provider appoints two administrators

St. Luke’s Penn Foundation has appointed Debra Ryan as practice administrator of its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Michele Bernstein as practice administrator of its early intervention services.
Ryan has worked at St. Luke’s Penn Foundation for 34 years, most recently as the director of community outreach. Prior to that, she was the director of crisis services. In her new role, Ryan will oversee the day-to-day operations of EAP as well as expand the program to new markets. She will also continue to focus on community outreach initiatives specific to the business community.
Bernstein has over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She has worked at St. Luke’s Penn Foundation for 13 years, most recently as the early intervention program coordinator. In her new role, Bernstein will be responsible for the daily operational management and ongoing program development of early intervention services. Bernstein earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from LaSalle University.
