Cross Pollination Gallery at 69 Bridge St., Lambertville, N.J., invites the public to the opening reception of “Local Flavor” – landscapes by Bill Jersey and SiriOm Singh, from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26.
After a 40-year career as a filmmaker, Oscar-nominated, Emmy and Peabody award-winner, Bill Jersey moved from Berkeley, California to Lambertville, N.J., and from his profession as filmmaker to his passion – oil painting. His local landscapes have won him many awards and are part of numerous collections.
In a very short time SiriOm Singh became a feature of Lambertville, as recognized by the New York Times. A co-owner of Cross Pollination Gallery, his abstract impressionist landscapes as well as abstract paintings have been displayed in various museums and galleries.
Cross Pollination Gallery, featuring the work of SiriOm Singh and fiber artist Ayala Shimelman is known for its “vibrant art and welcoming energy.”
The show runs Oct. 24 to Nov. 10. The artists’ reception will offer wine, refreshments and live music.
