BCCC slates first Homecoming Day celebration

Posted

Bucks County Community College (BCCC) hosts its first Homecoming Day (and night), specifically to celebrate students and alumni on Saturday.

From morning through the evening, the celebratory, fun-filled day will be loaded with complimentary activities for Bucks County Community College alumni and students. The host of offerings will feature several different free and ticketed events, including a Tyler Garden lecture, the Golden Centurion 50th Reunion Brunch, athletics games, family-friendly activities, a Wordsmiths Reading Series featuring Bucks alumnae (Carly Volpe, J. Eliza Wall, Lauren McClung), an Alumni Beer Garden, a comedy show with comedian Jasmine Ellis and more. The event will conclude with a grand finale of a fireworks display.

All BCCC guests are encouraged to bring their families and blankets to “camp out.” Parking is free.
