Lehigh Valley Legends sign Souderton’s Anthony Moe ahead of season opener

The Lehigh Valley Legends, a professional basketball organization dedicated to fostering talent and skillset at a local level, has welcomed Guyana native and local high school and college phenom player Anthony Moe to its roster.

Moe played for Souderton High School in Telford, before joining Division II powerhouse Millersville University. The 6-foot-9 power forward and center is best known for helping Guyana win the FIBA International Cup Championship and TBL’s Albany Patroons bring home the win in 2019 with an East Conference title.

Moe currently averages 17 points, eight rebounds and nearly two blocks per game. His foul shot percentage is 75%.

Lehigh Valley Legends’ season opener against the Syracuse Stallions will be played at the organization’s new home court, The Kirby Sports Center at Lafayette College in Easton, 7 p.m. Friday, March 10.
